Scope of Responsibility

This position is responsible for shaping product strategy and the roadmap for underground equipment platforms, identifying customer needs through direct market engagement, and converting those needs into product requirements and business cases. The role works closely with engineering, R&D, operations, sales, and service teams to ensure new products are technically viable, safe, differentiated, and aligned with market demand in underground mining.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for underground utility vehicles, mucking equipment, and/or drilling equipment, aligned with company strategy and market opportunities.
• Identify unmet customer needs through mine visits, customer interviews, competitive analysis, and assessment of trends such as electrification, automation, digitalization, and safety improvement.
