Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of experience/proficiency or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in presenting to multiple layers of a company, including executives
• Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies
• Experience being involved in the sales cycle and conducting customer interviews
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment
• Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
• (Desirable) Advanced knowledge of Agile principles
• (Desirable) Advanced knowledge of the commercial, small business banking, treasury, consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations
• (Desirable) Experience with loan origination software/technology
