We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Assisted Checkouts to join our Product team at M&S. This is a critical role at the heart of our store technology, where you’ll define the strategy and evolution of our assisted checkout (POS) experience across the entire store estate.

You’ll act as the voice of the customer, working across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and the wider business to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure checkout experiences. Owning the end-to-end POS ecosystem—from applications and platforms to digital receipts and data— you’ll balance innovation with operational excellence to support the future of retail.
