Job Overview

As the Senior Product Manager for Operations at Mumzworld you will be the architect of our Post-Purchase engine. You will own the technical ecosystem that manages the lifecycle of an order: from the moment a seller lists a product to the second it is reconciled in our financial books. This role is about building the nervous system of Mumzworld including the OMS WMS ERP and Seller Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfillment & WMS Strategy: Lead the roadmap for our Warehouse Management System. Optimize picking algorithms inbound receiving and inventory QC to ensure the highest throughput at the lowest cost.
• ERP & Financial Integrity: Own the integration between physical movements and financial records. You will ensure every order return and lost item is accurately reflected in the ERP for automated reconciliation.
