Manage the KVM product portfolio through its full lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life.

Define, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing innovation, customer needs, market trends, and technical feasibility. Drive product trade-off decisions across features, timelines, and investments.

Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, emerging use cases, and competitive dynamics.

Engage directly with customers, integrators, and strategic partners to gather requirements, validate concepts, and capture actionable product feedback.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Operations, to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
