Senior Product Manager - Dashboard & Enterprise Operational Platforms

Marqeta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Marqeta Dashboard & Enterprise Operational Platforms to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of the systems that power financial operations at scale. This role owns the Marqeta Dashboard, the core operational interface used by customers, bank partners, and internal teams to manage card programs, investigate transactions, handle disputes, and monitor performance.

You will build the tooling that enables operations teams to run financial products efficiently and securely, transforming complex workflows into intuitive, scalable systems, introducing AI‑driven automation, improving operational visibility, and reducing manual effort across the platform.
