The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Trust & Safety team, focused on content moderation and marketplace integrity. You will own the product vision and execution for systems that detect, review, and act on policy-violating content across our platforms. You will work at the intersection of operations, data science, and engineering to build scalable, ML-powered solutions that keep our marketplaces safe and trustworthy for millions of users.
What You'll Do
Define and drive the product roadmap for content moderation and trust & safety tooling
Work closely with Data Scientists to identify use cases for ML models, help create training datasets, and evaluate model performance
Partner with operational teams — including customer care, content moderation operations, and external BPO vendors — to understand workflows and build tools that make them more effective
