We are looking for a self-motivated Senior Product Engineer to be located in Vietnam. Have excellent consumer or enterprise board level product engineering and manufacturing knowledge/experience. To help in supporting the fast-growing NV product manufacturing globally.


What you will be doing:
+ Identify and address recurring or long-standing manufacturing issues through comprehensive root cause analysis.
+ Conduct detailed failure analysis for board-level components to determine the root cause of defects and performance issues.
+ Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve persistent production problems.
+ Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops to gather cross-functional input and develop effective solutions.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to ensure long-term success.
+ Document and share best practices and lessons learned to prevent future issues....
