**Job Description**:
As a Senior Designer you will help drive the design process end-to-end.
You will investigate and define open-ended, and often ambiguous problems, using data analysis, user research and a wealth of experience to influence and lead the team towards the best solutions for our users and clients.
You will contribute directly to strategic decisions and advocate for design best practices across the team.
