Based in / relocatable to our Swiss HQ in Mendrisio (commutable from Milan, Como, Varese, Lugano) — hybrid working

Your Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Design team. In this role, you'll work closely with Product and Engineering to design intuitive, high-quality experiences across our platform — from learner-facing product surfaces to enterprise dashboards and internal tooling.

At QA, we believe AI is fundamentally changing how people learn. You'll be at the forefront of that shift — designing AI‑powered flows and experiences that redefine what learning looks like for our users.

You’ll bring strong craft across interaction and visual design, a deep understanding of design systems, and the ability to move confidently between strategic thinking and pixel‑level execution.
