We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of clinical education on Fullscript Academy .

You are a strong product designer first and foremost, with deep experience in user experience design and a sharp eye for creating beautiful, intuitive interfaces that reduce complexity.

You design with a high standard of craft, creating experiences that feel credible, modern, and appropriate for a clinical, professional audience.

You have experience designing products that support learning, not just usage.

You understand how to design for comprehension, retention, motivation, and long‑term behavior change, and you know the difference between helping a user complete a task and helping them truly understand something.
