Flare BBDO is looking for a Business Affairs Specialist with a strong background in production to join our team in Bogotá. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, legal oversight, and financial management—supporting world‑class campaigns for global brands airing across the US and beyond.

You’ll collaborate closely with US‑based Business Affairs, legal, and agency teams to ensure seamless execution across broadcast, digital, social, print, audio, and experiential platforms. Your production expertise will be key to navigating challenges, managing rights and talent, and keeping projects on track from brief to wrap.
