Senior Procurement Engineer – Nuclear Contract Duration: 12 Months

Summary

Under minimal supervision, supports the strategic sourcing and acquisition of all technical materials, components, equipment and services necessary for complex engineering and design projects bridging the disciplines of engineering and the supply chain.

Requires collaboration with design engineers, project managers, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Combines engineering knowledge with a strategic procurement mindset to evaluate and qualify all technical materials and services required for sourcing and manufacturing.

Reviews drawings and other technical documents for manufacturability and ensures that all work is performed in compliance with technical and quality requirements.
