Summary: Leads the development and industrialization of new products and processes, ensuring successful execution from concept through production launch. Drives cross-functional programs focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. Job Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of new product and process development projects, from concept through launch and stabilization.
Manage high-visibility, cross-functional programs focused on cost reduction, productivity improvements, and operational excellence.
