To monitor fore bay level, main pumps, pump outputs, destination station, pump efficiencies and to capture all information as required by the shift supervisor for compilation of daily and monthly reports.

Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)/ NQF 4 or N3 Certificate in Water and Wastewater Treatment Desired Qualification - National Diploma in Water Care/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 2 years’ water purification experience Computer literacy Class IV Process Controller Classification A valid driver’s license with the ability to pass Rand Water’s K53 driver test Basic knowledge and application of ISO Primary Duties Starting and stopping of pumps, following the required operations procedure. Perform inspection for any leaks or other abnormalities.
