This role oversees multiple UAE entities (both regulated and non-regulated) within the Group, managing comprehensive PRO, licensing, and immigration matters. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience and the

ability to independently manage complex cases while liaising with government and regulatory authorities. Beyond execution, this role is expected to serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on regulatory and compliance

matters. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive and comfortable handling face‑to‑face liaison with vendors, counterparties, and government authorities as required.
