**Senior Principal Predictive Insights Specialist**
**Role Overview**
We are building a flexible, high-leverage team responsible for detecting customer issues earlier and enabling the organization to act before they escalate.
As a Senior Principal Predictive Insights Specialist, you will:
+ Define and steward a durable capability area within the team's broader strategic direction, one that outlives any single project
+ Own outcomes through implementation, adoption, and ongoing operation; accountability does not end at handoff
+ Drive adoption and effective use of capabilities across partner pillars and leadership
This team operates as a horizontal intelligence layer within the Predictive Support pillar, partnering closely with Diagnostics, Customer Reliability, and Technical Account Management (TAM) to improve how the organization anticipates and responds to customer needs.
