Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for Linux-based IT systems and projects in delivering services according to SOP to meet prescribed SLA.
- Perform system design, configuration and recommendation.
- Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation of IT services.
- Performance monitoring, preventive maintenance and patch management of servers to ensure optimum performance. To propose capacity upgrade or replacement when required.
- Perform daily rectification of Linux-based IT operational issues and change requests within expected service level agreement.
- Provide diagnoses, resolution, and documentation in all aspects of supporting, implementing and managing an enterprise network environment.
- Provide installation, configuration, implementation, integration and commissioning of IT solution to internal and external customers.
