Senior Pricing Analyst – Sun Life

We are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our SL Health Pricing team in a non‑rotational role. Reporting to the Associate Director, Pricing and Profitability Management, this role supports pricing initiatives within SL Health.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage case escalations across quotes, marketing, and renewals, ensuring timely, high‑quality pricing support.
• Ensure pricing decisions are well‑documented, clearly communicated, and aligned with established guidelines and risk appetite.
• Respond to ad‑hoc pricing and risk requests across all Group Benefits products, partnering closely with Underwriting and Product teams.
• Independently assess the risk and financial viability of the majority of escalated cases, escalating to the Director as appropriate for particularly complex or large cases.
