Responsibilities:

1. Perform day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform including mid-servers and integration points.
2. Work directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve support issues.
3. Gather, identify, and document business requirements.
4. Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation.
5. Develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications with possible integration with other programs.
6. Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, support users, and build enhancements for applications built on the platform.
7. Perform code reviews to ensure that quality is met regarding coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
8. Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.
