**MANTECH** seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented **Senior Planning Future Operations Specialist** to join our team in **Oahu, Hawaii** .

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Will serve as a technical authority for long-range logistics strategy and contingency planning.
+ Analyze complex organizational data to develop optimal time, cost, and logistics networks for program implementation.
+ Provide expert-level modeling and optimizing methods to assist management with strategic decision-making.
+ Develops future-oriented logistics strategies in coordination with Government stakeholders to support OPLANs and CONPLANs.
+ Provide specialized expertise regarding swift transitions from steady-state operations to contingency response within the INDOPACOM AOR.
+ Approve and validate distribution plans that mitigate chokepoints and adversary A2/AD threats.
+ Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
