This is a key role within the pre-construction and delivery support function, working closely with tendering teams and operational staff to develop efficient, buildable, and commercially viable construction programmes across a range of civil engineering schemes.

The successful candidate will bring strong site-based civil engineering experience, allowing them to translate practical construction knowledge into effective planning solutions and delivery strategies.
