Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all project phases (design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, handover) using software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather inputs for schedule development and progress updates.
  • Ensure that schedules reflect all critical activities including design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover phases.
  • Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessment, and resource loading where necessary.
  • Track and report progress against baseline schedules and flag deviations or delays to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support in preparation of weekly and monthly reports, including look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
