The Senior Planner establishes and maintains the overall time plan for the Project and monitors and reports performance against it.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a robust and realistic integrated master schedule for the Euston Project highlighting critical milestones relating to key activities, deliverables and interfaces.
• Clarify and maintain the visibility of programme interface requirements and dependencies; ensure that responsibilities for the management of interfaces are clearly assigned and understood.
• Collate regular and ad-hoc reports for the Project SLT to provide a timely overview of programme time performance on an exception basis.
• Develop and present regular forecasts of anticipated milestone achievements and use EVA techniques to measure trends and maintain an up-to-date view of the expected completion date for the Project as a whole; recommend Project level actions where appropriate to mitigate potent...
