Position - Senior Piping Stress Engineer Location - Vashi, Navi Mumbai Qualifications - B. E / B.Tech Mechanical Experience - 10 Years Immediate Joinee Preferred Responsibilities Perform pipe stress and flexibility analysis using CAESAR II as per ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8. Analyze sustained, thermal, operating, occasional (wind/seismic), and dynamic loads (water hammer, surge). Conduct stress analysis for piping connected to pumps, compressors, turbines, exchangers, vessels, and PSVs. Resolve high nozzle loads and secondary stresses; perform trunnion and jacketed piping analysis. Design and select pipe supports including spring hangers; provide pipe load data to civil/structural teams. Review piping isometrics, prepare critical line lists, and complete stress analysis documentation. Coordinate with layout, civil, vendors, and construction teams for routing and support resolution.
