To provide physiotherapy services to dialysis patients

• Assess and identify patients’ needs to perform targeted therapy interventions
• Prescribe assistive devices and equipment according to patients’ needs
• Collaborate with other professionals in a MDT in the treatment process
• Other daily administrative process (eg updating treatment / patient’s condition in the CRM)
• Prepare PT related budget which include tracking on resource utilisation
• Propose relevant device / equipment if required as part treatment / clinical intervention (includes seeing through the entire procurement process for new facilities set-up or purchase of equipment)
• Develop work policies, procedures and internal controls to optimize resource and improve patients’ experience during treatment process. Work with internal and external partners to roll out a holistic care model
