What You'll Do
End‑to‑End Ownership
Drive floorplanning, synthesis, place & route, timing closure, power optimization, and sign‑off for complex blocks.
Ensure designs meet aggressive PPA targets while hitting schedule milestones.
Innovation & Impact
Develop and deploy new methodologies to accelerate design closure.
Champion automation and scripting to scale productivity across teams.
