Job Description

What is the job role?

In this role, Senior Pest Control & Dog Enforcement Officer you will be assisting in the day to day supervision of a team of pest control & dog enforcement officers, you will also be responding to requests for domestic and commercial pest control services, assisting with the day to day operations of our stray dog kennels and enforcing our public space protection orders (dog control).

The duties of these roles will involve:

  • Assisting with the supervision and day to day running of the pest control and dog enforcement team
  • Responding to requests for pest control treatments in domestic and commercial properties.
  • Servicing commercial pest management contracts to ensure businesses are kept free from damage by pests.
  • Responding to and seizing stray or unsupervised dogs from public areas some of which may be aggressive and dangerously out of control.
