Our client is a locally founded success story in the wellness industry creating award winning products for global markets. They are looking for a fast moving, performance-obsessed digital growth leader to scale DTC revenue across New Zealand and Australia.

You should be extremely comfortable scaling budgets and making data led decisions quickly. 

You will have deep Meta experience, with fluency in Shopify and Klaviyo, strong financial understanding and ideally experience scaling into a new market. 

This is a hands-on role with ownership across paid media scale, website conversion, lifecycle growth, subscription and loyalty revenue and cross-sell & upsell strategy. Retail awareness is required however, retail growth not owned.
