Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Performance Manager to help us build the best Liveops and Monetization strategy in the game.

Responsibilities

• Create the Live-ops vision and roadmap, develop and execute daily/weekly promotional plans that includes campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly.
• Analyze current monetization strategy including pricing, segmentation, what value we give to users and define the right strategy for the game
