As the Senior People Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering the people agenda within Support Centre for our brands. Please note this role is a 12 month parental leave contract.

The Senior People Partner is responsible for partnering with the General Managers (Executive) and leaders in assigned portfolios in the design and delivery of fit-for-purpose people solutions aligned with business needs, in consultation with the Head of People, and Centres of Excellence. This includes advice and recommendations specific to the business portfolios on engagement, performance, talent and succession, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), employee relations, learning and development/people experience, organisation design, and remuneration.

The Senior People Partner is also responsible for developing, delivering and embedding key people programs and initiatives across teams for stakeholder groups whilst ensuring consistency across all brands.
