Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity'The People Experience Team at Waka Kotahi is in a genuine build-and-improve phase. We've moved past simply running our people systems and are now focused on making them work better for our people. That's where this role comes in. As a Senior People Analyst, you'll be at the intersection of people data, Workday configuration, and experience design. You won't just keep the lights on in our people platform (Puna Koi), you'll shape how it evolves, how decisions are informed, and how our people experience core HR processes.As a trusted system expert and problem solver, you will:
* Configure, test and maintain Workday across modules: Core HCM, Recruiting, Time and Absence, Talent and Performance, Learning, Compensation and Advanced Compensation, Payroll & Org Studio
* Lead cyclical events e.g. Performance Review process
