Senior People Advisor

Lead complex ER cases and provide expert HR advice. Coach leaders and mentor Advisors to build capability across the business.

12‑month fixed term starting mid‑July 2026 until August 2027, with exposure to projects and change activity.

Based in Auckland (Highbrook) or Wellington (CBD) with flexible WFH.

About the Role

As a Senior People Advisor with us, you’ll provide expert HR advice and support across a wide range of employment relations and change matters. Working closely with leaders, you’ll play a key role in helping them navigate complex people challenges while strengthening their capability and confidence.

You'll be part of a collaborative People Advisory Practice, taking ownership of complex cases end to end while mentoring Advisors and contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
