About the Opportunity

Payroll Processing:

• Process semi-monthly payroll and complete journal entries for 200+ employees across Canada, including salaried and contractors
• Process bi-weekly payroll for 70+ hourly employees in Ontario. Prepare bi-weekly time and attendance reports and complete the applicable journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations regarding deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Complete processing of car allowance and Concur expense payments
• Manage payroll-related activities, including new hires, terminations, transfers, salary adjustments, and bonuses with precision and integrity
• Lead and maintain all aspects of the Company’s group benefits programs (Health, RRSP, etc.), and ensure employees are well informed about benefits-related matters. This includes leading the annual review and the renewal of Health, Dental, and other benefits...
