In this role
Manage the assigned client portfolio, meeting the agreed deadlines for each process and ensuring optimal quality in the results delivered.
Ensure legal compliance, in accordance with current regulations, in all processes performed and proactively seek improvements that can ensure greater quality or efficiency in service.
Participate in any internal projects the company may assign with the goal of implementing new tools or processes.
