Senior Payroll Analyst (UKG)
Seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join our Payroll Operations team in a backfill capacity during a multi-year systems transformation. As the existing team shifts focus to a major time and attendance implementation, this role will help carry day-to-day payroll execution, reporting, and analysis across a complex, multi-state, highly unionized environment. This is a hands-on operational role and ideal for someone who knows UKG Pro inside and out and enjoys getting into the data.
Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll on the UKG Pro platform across multiple pay groups
• Build, run, and analyze reports out of UKG; validate data and flag variances before processing
• Audit payroll inputs and outputs, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues prior to pay confirmation
