About the Role

• Responsible for the entire life cycle management of large events from contract signing to final closing.
• Main point of contact between all stakeholders, including event organizers and internal teams.
• Overall owner of the process, coordinating other departments to ensure tasks are completed on time and in form.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver them, and prioritize requirements with the product team.
• Create and maintain an exhaustive Q&A for user support to handle potential user incidents.
• Ensure all documentation required to achieve project goals is complete.
• Be present on site during launch or other key dates, if required by the event.

About You

• Degree qualified with a project management background.
• 3+ years in a project management or consulting role; event experience is a plus.
