About the role

We’re establishing a set of newly created roles within Financial Crime at BOQ Group, each playing a critical part in strengthening the foundations of our AML/CTF framework and shaping how we manage risk into the future. This is a critical senior leadership role within Group Risk with a primary focus on leading and elevating the organisation’s financial crime policy environment. As a Senior Partner in Governance, Policy and Regulatory Reporting, you will take ownership of designing, maintaining and continuously uplifting BOQ Group’s financial crime policy suite, ensuring it remains current, risk-based and aligned to evolving regulatory expectations across AML/CTF, sanctions and broader obligations.
