Job Purpose

To perform duties for ENECs legal department, such as conducting a variety of research and analytical assignments, drafting legal and administrative documents, conducting reviews of relevant legislation, preparing reports and taking meeting notes to support the smooth running of the department and assigned committees.

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability

Activity: Transactional and Operational Support

• Responsible for conducting legal and factual research and ensuring proper electronic and hard copy document management.
• Coordinating management of legal document review processes with external parties and internal version control for document negotiation.
• Proofreading and editing draft legal agreements, including management of inter‑department inputs into agreement terms and appendices.
• Responsible for drafting cover letters for submission to third party legal counsel and consultants.
