This is a senior role focused on designing and delivering Oracle HCM solutions across a complex enterprise environment, with high visibility across HR, business, and technology functions.

About the role:

• Managing vendors and consultants' relationship to make sure that Project Implementation/ Rollout delivery is as per timeline.
• Providing expert solution for the modules in implementation scope.
• Project Management includes conducting Steerco, Weekly Meetings and other adhoc meetings
• Leading the implementation team in the project that includes Requirements Gathering, Analysis, System Design and Configuration and User Acceptance Testing and Go-live
