The Sr. Production Associate I is responsible for developing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. This on‑site role reports to the Team Leader, Production and is part of the Production Operation Team located in Benoi Sector, Singapore.

• Carry out production activities while adhering to EHS and quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology; operate machines and equipment at required specifications and ensure all materials are readily available.
• Develop and revise SOPs and work instructions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams as required; support improvement efforts and assigned projects.
• Work in a team environment and liaise with cross‑functional teams on day‑to‑day operations, including preliminary troubleshooting of machines or equipment, onboarding new hires (on‑job training), and other duties as assigned.
