Key Responsibilities:

• Tally, Bagging, Manifesting, WDL & Sorting
• Assist in pickup/delivery planning, routing, and dispatch readiness
• Coordinate with field teams for smooth operations
• On-field pickup and delivery activities as and when required
• Perform scanning, data entry, and shipment status updates
• Monitor dispatch and track real-time delivery/pickup progress
• Handle basic escalations and report discrepancies (delays, RTO, misroutes)
• Maintain MIS reports and operational records
• Ensure proper documentation, SOP adherence, and audit support
• Coordinate with internal teams, hubs, and transporters
