Amazon seeks a Senior Operations Manager to join our Japan Amazon Logistics team. The goal of Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is to build a world class last mile operation delivering to customers. Amazon aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and in the most cost effective way as possible and we are expanding rapidly in Japan.

Key job responsibilities
Senior Operations Manager, AMZL are responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for an Amazon Logistics Delivery Station (DS). Additional responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Operations, Area Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the DS.
