A large-scale power generation operator in Southeast Asia is seeking an experienced Senior Operations & Maintenance (O&M) / Plant Manager to support and strengthen the performance of its operating plants.

This senior advisory role will work closely with site leadership and executive management to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations, while progressively enhancing O&M capability across the portfolio in line with recognised international utility practices.

The Role

The Senior Power Plant Manager will provide expert guidance to site leaders to ensure operations and maintenance activities consistently support generation objectives, asset integrity, and long-term sustainability.

Must be willing to be based onsite in remote locations in the Philippines where the power plants are located!
