– Works with senior leaders to help improve customer satisfaction, distribution performance, and customer retention

– Collaborates with internal departments and drive continuous process improvement

– Identifies, analyzes, and resolves a wide range of issues, providing quick and decisive solutions within the context of existing policies and identifying the need for revision or creation of policies
