What is the opportunity?
The Investment Counsellor Services (ICS) Cash Preparation Group is a team of administrators responsible for the timely acceptance, validation and preparation of client instructions before delivery to the Cash Processing Teams for execution. 
In this role, you will work proactively and collaboratively with other business units and client-facing teams to ensure delivery of positive, client-centric outcomes. Your role involves servicing an assigned group of accounts in accordance with client-specific desk operating procedures. It also requires investigation and queries relating to the processing of instructions by the ICS Cash Prep team. In addition, you will ensure that ICS segment specific requirements and RBCIS policies and procedures are met
