Responsibilities
TNA Coordinate with Training Officers to ensure training needs analyses are prepared and fulfilled Attend meetings to obtain information useful to training staff and to inform management on training programme implementation and objectives Planning Delivery Conduct training programmes for employees and review training procedures and methods to ensure current requirements and future needs can be met effectively and within agreed budgets Update training methods and materials in line with the latest process equipment and technological changes including writing of training specifications task analysis assessments and questionnaires Plan organize and direct orientation and training for employees or customers of industrial or commercial establishments as and when required Assist in the development of programme content and assessment criteria to meet specific departmental requirements and external bodies ensuring a consistent approach to content timescale number...
