What is this role about?

This position will provide administrative support to the HR-LEARN Team.

Since tracking and maintaining the records of all learners in the organization will be a key responsibility, it will serve as an essential reference for decisions regarding employee movements within the organization.

What will YOU do?

• Assist L&D Specialist & L&D Manager in identifying learning needs for specific groups/individuals, suggest or recommend enhancements to enrollment procedures, and assist in registering learners for programs they need to attend.
