Responsibilities
Maintain a high standard of customer service at the site and deal with all customers in a highly professional and cordial manner.
Keep the counter uncluttered and clean and give top priority to the work.
Divert customers to VIP Service section (Up-selling) to generate revenue.
Receiving customers by Greeting, Welcoming them.
Guide & clarify the queries as per the customersβ request.
Proceed with the transactions as per RTA guidelines.
Maintain RTA KPI for the processed transactions; Waiting Time: 80% of the customers waiting time should be less than 10 minutes.
Avoid any customers complaints.
Issue token for the queue management system, as per the required service of the customers.
