Responsibilities The Division of Trading and Markets (TM) is seeking a Senior Officer to help lead its Office of Market Supervision (OMS), based in Washington, DC to oversee and administer professional legal work involved in overseeing all aspects of securities and securities-based swap trading platforms such as national securities exchanges, security-based swap execution facilities, and alternative trading systems.
